Happy New Year! In June of 2015, I recieved some photos in the mail from my neices high school graduation. I could not believe what I was looking at because that person in the photos was not how I saw myself. I knew I had to do something but whatever I choose it had to be sustainable. I came to this app and it really was the conduit for me of holding all my information together. I have now lost 51.4 lbs, I never thought I could do it and imagine I am now the weight on my drivers licenses that I have lied about for years! I am 5 lbs from my goal weight but I am changing my goal weith to 150 lbs so I have another 15 to go. I am gearing up for a winter trip to Cancun and my biggest problem is I do not have summer clothes that fit! You know this story usually goes the other way.
I recieved encouragement and tips along the way but at the end of the day what I chose to eat and how I exercised was soley on me. I have photos on me desk depicting myself in many sizes. This visual keeps my on track and centered around what I want and what I don't want.
