Been very sick the past week which is probably why i lost so quickly and will probably put it all back on by the end of this week...
145.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1847 kcal Fat: 78.82g | Prot: 70.71g | Carb: 215.11g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Oats Cereal (without Salt, Cooked with Water, Unenriched), SPAR 2% Low Fat Milk. Lunch: Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), Vegetable Soup. Dinner: Bananas, Rich Ice Cream, Woolworths Apple Crumble, Beef Oxtails. Snacks/Other: Water, Water, Water, Water, Water, Water, Water, Water. more...
