I don't even know anymore. Yesterday my lower legs felt swollen, haven't had that in a while. I have been trying to drink more water to flush things out if I ate too much salt. Only had 1400 cal yesterday and was really good on my macros. I guess I'll have safe and boring meals today and see what happens.
