I am doing a pretty good mix of exercise this week. 1 walking, 2 yoga, 1 HIIT, 2 strength and 2 runs. I would like to increase my daily step count, though. Next week I’ll probably have a super high step count from the work travel and less traditional exercise. I hope that works out well for my goals but know it will require discipline at the table while I’m away from home for 5 days. Just need to stay aware. 😊
