I was feeling a little depressed today because I know I've lost 25 pounds so how come I can't tell. Everyone else seems to be able to... One of my favorite things about this site is the before and after pictures, so I thought this would be a good time to do that. The difference in 3 months is amazing, I have a neck AND boobs again. I may not be able to see the difference in the mirror but a picture is worth a thousand words, and I really needed to hear them!
