Yesterday wasn't too bad. Although, I did have a Carl's Jr. hamburger,(Teriyaki turkey burger on wheat bread), but I did only eat half of it as apposed to the whole thing. Than I ate some vegetable soup with about 3 ounces of meat and less than a half cup of rice for dinner. The only thing I do regret is not exercizing. I really need to get the ball rolling on that. Today started off good. What I ate for dinner last night was what I ate for breakfast,probably a bit smaller in portion. I also had my daily cup of coffee with no added sugar. I have yet to eat any lunch. im actually still kind of full from the breakfast and coffee. So...I guess we're gonna have to see what the day has in store for me. :)I hope everyone has a great day and keep on keeping on!
