1653 kcal Fat: 74.68g | Prot: 76.03g | Carb: 77.23g.   Breakfast: Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Trader Joe's Hass Avocado, Boiled Egg. Lunch: Maille Whole Grain Dijon Mustard, Dijon Mustard, Whole Wheat Bread, Johnsonville Stadium Style Beef Franks. Dinner: Lala Crema Mexicana (Mexican Style Sour Cream), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Broccoli Flower Clusters, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Mushrooms (from Fresh), Pork Chops (Center Loin, Bone-In, Lean Only, Cooked, Braised). Snacks/Other: Red Table Wine, Vodka, Unbuttered Popcorn Popped in Oil. more...

Day 6, I find it way easiest for me to stay on my 1500 calories by deciding in the morning what our dinner or big meal of the day will be and log it in. This morning I already knew we would have left over chicken tacos for lunch so I logged it in. Breakfast was already done, and my log was 250 over. I went back and looked at each item and trimmed a few things down so it all fits to accommodate our Happy Hour. We Don't want to change our happy life style so, Happy hour cocktails and popcorn are still on the snack list. Yes we can do it. hubby on it too but he gets 2500....

Oh one more thing. get a food scale. Hubby put a paper plate with 2 heated (no oil) corn tortillas on it. Turned it on and scale read 0. Added shredded chicken until it went up 2 ounces, added grated cheese until it measured an other ounce. We have the scale out on the counter 24/7 now.
