Well I ran for the first time since before my surgery on April 1st. I ran five kilometers or about 3 miles in 29:22 I looked up my best time on the internet from Sept 2000 and that was 28:25 I was expecting a time of like 40:00 or more but I am very impressed and proud of myself. Gonna clean a couple of bathrooms and do some laundry then I feel motivated enough to go to the gym!!!!
Don't give into temptation and work hard today.
