Began taking protein shakes on Tuesday, May 28th and started walking a minimum of 1 mile per day. I get up 6am and walk. I've taken my shakes twice a day. I lost some weight, beginning at 203. I've got to keep this up. I know 1 mile is not a lot but I have to be consistent with something and that is what is fitting this crazy schedule. I am tired of my schedule holding me back from doing nothing. So, I am starting with this! I feel proud of myself this week and I look forward to next week! I plan to run a little more.
