Tomorrow is the big day! I'm hoping to weigh 51 tomorrow so I can start on an even number.
My goal for next week will be to lose 0.7 kg a week (0.1 kg per day) with exercise and diet. My first goal weight is 49 kg , I'm aiming to be under 50 kg. That will take me so 3 weeks to get there ( 15 June-ish) My overall weight loss goal is 37 kg , that can be accomplished over the coarse of 5 months.
I have decided to lose the weight slowly so if a "Binge" comes up I wont gain so much back.
