Very good way👍🏻🤗 

TJ, that looks really good, and is a meal similar to one my wife and I have weekly. Of course, salads if cottage cheese are a daily fare for lunch in our household. I never get tire of them. 

Bionici, thank you. It was one of the pre-ordered meals on this trip to the east coast. It was a great choice. Not all meals choices have been super however 😆 All in all I wish I could learn to cook the salmon the way this was prepared. It was amazing
