I have been exercising at least 1/2 an hour every other day (usually every day). Part of me is discouraged because the scale keeps me over 150 (just a number but ugh!). However, a larger part of me pats myself on the back, smiles and breathes and acknowledges that I am right where I am "supposed" to be :)
