Ok not so excited anymore. Just trying to be wiser in my food choices. Hard to lose that last 5 pounds!

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 March 2023:

I've been struggling with 10 pounds for ages. It's really hard. We're rooting for you!

Protein in the morning! Keeping that protein up all day will help with this. Studies show when 40+ grams of protein is consumed with each meal, but particularly in the morning, it helps stave off cravings for the rest of the day, and subjects tend to consume less overall. If you’re not already, but be worth trying for yourself.

Hi all, I do have an egg every morning and protein at lunch and supper. I eat about 1200 cals/d and have played with carbs etc. Thx for the recommend Stomach monkeys! I’m also doing yoga twice a week, swimming lanes x2/wk, doing a weights cardio workout and walking my dog twice daily.
