The spring purge begins. I always start to shed the excess weight in the spring. This year I weighed in at the highest I have ever weighed. In the last few weeks I have started to get back into a normal routine of eating and exercise. More activity means less snaking (even if it's "healthy") and more weight and body fat loss. I looking to get back to a reasonable weight by the end of May.
