Just finished second week of induction. No weight loss for this second week, but 5 lb from the first. Weight went up and down this week, as I weigh every day. At one point I was down 3, so not sure why I am at no loss today. Anyway, lost 4 inches total first week and about 1/2 inch this week. Onward we go! Doing one more week of induction and moving on to OWL.
