I've been using my nike+ app at the gym to measure my walks on the treadmill and to measure my calories. I'm ranked 6120 in a challenge that I joined on the Nikerunning website. It will be fun to see the number change after my workout. My goal is to to to lose 1% of my weight each week. Here are my measureable goals for the next month In 1 week: 191.5 In 2 weeks: 187.4 In 3 weeks: 185.3 In 4 weeks: 183.2 By 8-15-11: 182.3
