Morwen's Journal, 12 July 2011

Boy, do I have a lot of "catch up" to do on recording the foods I've been eating. I carry a little notebook with me and write everything down, because I don't always know when I'll have time to be on here - as it turns out this is the first time I've had time since Friday, but I'm moving furniture right now, so I'll have to do this later.
I wonder if moving furniture around in your house when it's, like, 90 degrees (84 according to the thermometer on the wall, but I know it's lying), doubles your exercise points? Hope so. I feel as if I've lost four pounds today in sweat! :)
