Well I am up a couple of pounds, I have been working out alot, I hope I am up muscle mass and not fat but I seriously doubt it. I had some chocolate, and last night we went out to Montana's and I had all you can eat ribs, I have no idea how many calories that would be.
I shall double my efforts! ;-)
