Today was SouperBowl of Caring. Made soup. Ate others' soup. No way to track. Came home and had a protein shake with collagen and creatine, tortilla chips with pineapple chipotle salsa. No Caroline Girvan Iron Day3 Glutes workout today due to legs still being tortured by this past Friday's leg day. Beyond sore! Hoping to continue tomorrow. Probably glutes tomorrow, then full body, then rest day.
