Managed to get in 13k steps AND some toning yesterday and it shows ❤️ Had a crazy high calorie breakfast but I’m gonna be running around all day so figured I needed the energy. Planning on doing some more core and legs when I get home and then hopefully my daughter sleeps just a bit better tonight so I can squeeze in some cardio too! I hope y’all have an amazing Sunday!
