First day back on track after losing 10kg... 3 months ago. I didn't put the weight back on but I've hit the evening out period everyone talks about and its a whole new ball game again! So 8 more kilos to go to my final goal lets do this.. not a perfect start but then again there isn't much wrong with what I eat its just how often I eat it hahahaha
