Also, I had no alcohol at all. I know that I feel better and sleep better when I don't drink, but oh how I do like my glass of red. One before dinner and one with dinner, but maybe only once a week. All in moderation they say.
119.3 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Red wine if you have it in servings of 150ml, it contains 125 calories... that's not much but wine doesn't have any protein or fat, so you may need to replace that with something else like chicken or meat instead of carbs
