Had a binge weekend, didn’t log or pay too much attention to portion control. I think I was overwhelmed with a lot of aspects of life and food/logging just felt like one more thing I had to do when I barely had the mental energy to function. I’m feeling reset though, and ready to get back to that grind ❤️👏
161.4 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
