Yesterday was my annual doctor’s appointment. I am pretty proud of all the answers I gave her because they weren’t just lip service but actual changes I have been working on. Serious work. 🙂 I can’t wait to see if my labs match my efforts. Those should be coming in less than a week.

Please share your before/after lab results when you get them. I love seeing when changes to diet and exercise affect the outsides as well as the insides.💚
