big scale 134.6, small scale 134.5. replanted flowers and parsley. had a beer and popcorn at neighbours. am yoga and elliptical later.
134.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
