1st weigh in and 3lb lost. Have tried hard to stick to calorie and exercise amounts, but have struggled when up in the night with pain & insomnia. Then get the munchies. Need to consider how to change this. Constipation & related pain & spasms resolved with a smoothie of pineapple, pear, flaxseeds and other seeds.
