I hope I'm not alone with my frustration with doctors here...

I've been walking around 4 miles in 2:15 or less every weekday and hitting the gym for 3 hours on Sundays. My doctor has asked me to do more. So, I've added yoga, weight training and core at home 3 days a week on top of everything else. I am so very tired.

I don't know any thin person being asked to workout this much, and I know a bunch of them with more cholesterol, high blood pressure and other problems that exercise would help. I wonder if, all things being equal, my doctor would ask anyone else who wasn't as overweight as I am to work this hard. Or maybe I'm just too tired to think straight at the moment.

... who knows.
