I paid $75 for some 8 week long group training thing. I’m four weeks post partum today with baby #3. I’m nursing so I’m not sticking to 1600cal, but I am tracking and that it helping curb my mindless snacking (or eating the food off my kids’ plates!) I’ve also been walking everyday rigorously.
