Ok, so I went to the gym with my hubby and his friend. We did weights and let me tell you I am soooo sore today. I love it!! His friend then showed us some cool workouts to do in the pool...talk about hard and tiring. It was great though! I love getting new workouts. It breaks up the monotony. Hopefully I'll be training with my jiu jitsu partner tonight. Her hand was hurting last night so she didn't go...slacker!! j/k
I don't know if it's the muscle building or what, but I'm starting to think my body doesn't want to get below 140. My weight keeps fluctuating back and forth. It's only about a pound or so, but it's annoying. TOM is visiting right now, so maybe that has something to do with it too. Oh well, I'll just keep doing what I'm doing. My hubby said he could see all the muscles in my back and arms last night so I guess I'm starting to get cut. Yeah!!!

Awesome dude!! "getting cut" sounds so great---like a diamond getting chiselled! Don't worry about the weight--I can related when I was doing my month-long solid weight training--not a pound dropped, and then when I stopped, all of a sudden a week or so later, I was losing weight!! Muscle tone does weigh a bit!!

it def gets harder as you get closer to goal, but don't let that get you down... muscle is weighing well enough to show on the scale
