Another successful day of Veganuary! I also joined the gym yesterday and had my first gym workout in nearly 2 years, felt great afterwards.
This morning I woke up at 5:50 and went to a morning class before work, I'm feeling really proud of myself as I was really worried I wouldn't be able to get up in time. I used to go in the mornings before work as a routine regularly, but like I said I haven't done so for about 2 years. I'm hoping to get back into this habit now and I'm happy that I've had a good start.
