10 days on induction and down about 7lbs, very excited! My in-laws are visiting and we've been eating out but I have stayed strong! Have a long way to go, but looking forward to the ride.

Congratulations! After 10 days, I'm usually pretty well adjusted to the new routine and if nothing comes up that knocks me off track, it should be smooth sailing for a while. Good luck!
