Surprisingly, I lost weight. I ate well during the day, but once I got out of work I ate whatever I wanted at home (things like soda and brownies), and this weekend I ate whatever I wanted (things like soda and BBQ). Nevertheless, I'm glad that I lost something.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week
