Ir has been a while since I posted anything. I have been quite busy. I am now down 57 lbs. Well on the way to my goal. I feel great. Trying to stick around 1100 to 1200 calories a day while keeping my macros in line. Down 8 belt holes. I am going to put some more holes in it tomorrow. Gonna keep wearing it as a reminder of where I was and where I am going. I will eventually shelf it, but for now I will keep rolling with it. Still haven’t had any red meat, sweets, or eaten out for over three months. Thank goodness for kind protein bars. Thank everyone for their support and positive comments.
