A good day today! for the first time since this week I was able to sleep well. Still fighting this flu virus plus keto flu as well. I started tracking what I eat more thoroughly as of yesterday and started exercising too :) I was kicked out of KETO due to cold and allergy medicines also some other supplement I was taking that had sugar in it after recognizing the culprit I stopped them. still need to find a good Multivitamin for women that works for me. any advice on that will be appreciated.
