OK, in transparency, I have been on a sweet and junk food bender the past several days. Not sure why but there it is. So, I will not be "officially" posting a weight until Thursday to give me a chance to right the ship, and save you all the roller coaster ride ;)

Glad to hear you are now beyond Halloween. However, gotta have a plan for the holiday parties and the aftershocks. Will you be hosting any parties or gatherings for the next 2 months? I would send all desserts home with guests (invest in cheap tupperware or food boxes). If you will be going to someone's home for Thanksgiving, bring wine instead of food as a housewarming gift, and do not bring any food home with you. Remember: if it's in the house, it will eventually be in your stomach.

You are not alone. I was craving French fries yesterday and had some. Did not log in but made sure to work out extra hart. It’s about the long term and not just a day or two of bad eating. You got this.

You are certainly not the only one. Hang in !!. Was there last week. Dropped to a lower weight at the first of the month. All of a sudden I gained 5 pounds. But I was eating all those good sweets. Now I'm in the process of getting it back off.

Don't beat yourself up. I ate cookies for breakfast every day for a week while on vacation. They were my very favorite homemade glazed orange cookies so I couldn't let them get stale.😁 I only weigh on Wednesdays but skip weeks after I've been traveling or has a holiday.

To everyone who has supported me with awesome comments this week, Thank You! Every now and then I go off the rails as they say, and this one one of those times. Not a major concern, I just know at some point I will recommit and make up any ground list. But you all made me feel good with your advise and support!

😊. YF, now you’re going to make me blush! I am so far from perfect, ha ha ha I question what is an appropriate weight all the time. I do know I need to lose more, but only because when I look at my profile in the mirror my belly is prominent. 😆. You don’t see it below the table. 😉 It is wonderful seeing you come across my timeline again. I was concerned for your well being, not truly knowing what you were walking into, but also glad to hear you were in contact with others. Don’t shoot me, but I did occasionally pray for you. And with that, back to the shenanigans of counting calories and living the dream.
