Saw a personal trainer for the first time today, as part of a 3 session promotion they were doing when I signed up at the gym. I was nervous going into it (mostly due to my shyness) but I ended up really enjoying it! He was super friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Once my third session with him is done I am going to see what his rates are, and if they are manageable I may keep him. I'm feeling really good today!
