A good Saturday for me,did cardio,weights and reasonable amount of calories.Need to avoid junk which i am doing ,although an occasional sweet tooth is there.Need to further portion out my meals.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
