Thank you, the past year was really difficult, too many life's changes, I lose all motivation and energy to workout and eat healthy, but I am in the point where I can't handle to be overweight, even if it is just 25-30 pounds and although everyone say I look good, I don't like how I feel, how most of my clothes don't fit
