As of today, I have lost 51 lbs since I have started my journey to a better healthier lifestyle. I feel great and have so much more energy, a better outlook on life, and higher self-esteem. I just feel better. I am just shy of halfway to my goal. I weigh less than I have in probably 10 years. I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their support and positive comments as I continue my journey. Additionally, thank you for sharing your stories, struggles, and achievements as you work towards a healthier life. I feel this is a place that we are able to share our victories(even the small ones), but also garner support when we are struggling or need a little boost.
