Alright, here goes,
I suppose this is where I get to talk to myself for a while, lol. I am starting over in the weight loss dept. I want my life and body back. I am pretty sure that they both have been abducted by aliens and I am willing to trade about 50 pounds to get them back.
I would like to wear the clothes in my closet again and not have to worry that I am going to bust a seam or something. So, I will be starting the Sonoma diet and getting serious about my running again.
So here goes...
