I feel really good today, at the end of last week after my weigh in and with the staff party etc I feel that I had ate too much. However I have had some really good days the past fews days and feel trim again :)

I'm still having my larger lunches and a shake at night however the past two nights I haven't felt the need to have my shakes. I still made them up however I just simply didnt need them.

I'm very excited for this week's weigh in. If I don't lose any weight it will be ok as i did over indulge a little last week however I would love to at least lose 1lb so fingers crossed.

I also have a weekend of my parents and family being down so i'll probably be eating a little bit more over the next weekend but I am very excited for them to see what I do so bring on the little bit of party food. As long as I dont over indulge then i'll be fine.

Happy note today. Weigh in will be thurs this week as my day off is different.
