Back to green I go 😂 I’ll probably switch over to maintenance at this next goal and see where I land. I’m 5’10” and have some extra around my middle that isn’t necessary. Ask my mom? I should keep it bc you never know when you’ll get sick. 😆 I do love that she doesn’t want me to starve. 💕

Most people gain weight from lack of exercise when they get sick, so I would definitely NOT keep the extra padding. Cheering you on to your next goal 👍🏻🎉💛

Dunno about you, but my middle expanded with menopause like my fat cells decided to move from my butt to my gut. Working on it.Taking a break from trying to move downward for a bit (haven't given up hope yet, though) and focusing on maintenance and muscle building. Dang, I miss my waist and booty 🤣

Writingwyo naturally I’ve always been a pole. The diameter changes but always a pole.😂 Couple years ago I found myself “skinny fat” I believe it’s called bc I only changed what was going into my body and not what I was doing with it. Maybe we can start a booty challenge. 😜 Btw your new weights are awesome! I do 5 pounders too..
