Im feeling good over this past week. I lost 2.2 lbs since last Wednesday. It is getting easier to make the healthy choices. I haven’t eaten any red meat, take-out, or fried foods for the past two months. I have a lot more energy and feel better physically and mentally than I have for quite some time. I know that I have a long way to go for my goal but I am in this for the long haul.
Celebrate the small victories as they help keep you going to a reach your ultimate goal. Stay the course and you will be successful.
