After putting on 700gms the last couple of days has made me more aware of keeping to my diet. I can't eat like I used to and I really don't need more than 1300 cals in a day. An occasional treat is ok but I need to stay on track the rest of my life. I have been dieting since Jan but this diet is going to permanent.

I know how you feel. I pushed the limit with my maintenance cals this week and had a couple of naughty days and paid for it!

Yep, I'm hovering close to my goal, yet not eating much differently than when I was shedding 15kg. It's a sad reality, I'm 44 and am fighting Fibromyalgia, with menopause yet to come. It's going to be a long journey, I do hope it becomes an easy habit!

It’s that moment of realisation that this is the permanent “way of eating” and not a diet that you abolish upon reaching your target weight. I am thinking it needs to be these are my food choices and a couple of treats along the way
