Saturday evening - day 2 on weight watchers.
I'm finding it really difficult to remain focused. On a quiet night in like tonight, I would normally be reaching for the snacks and a glass of wine and I'm finding it hard to break the habit.
It'll all be worth it, I just need to keep telling myself that!
