Ok- Didnt think I ate that bad, but maybe...I am sure all of the beer did not help either. Evidently weekends suck when it comes to weight loss or maintenance. Nothing going on for a weekend or two so we will see how it goes weighing in every day and getting back into the exercise routine. Not sure if I can be ready for the hotter than hell in August. Guess we will see.
