Blood sugar must be stabilizing have been at 87 - 64 most of the day.I can sure tell when I am getting low. Eating salad for most meals with other items the wife is cooking to fill up and avoid over eating of carbs. With 2 kids still at home she has to cook for the family and not just for me. Most days have been able to keep well under 1200 cals and under 120 carbs. Slight weight loss still have 2 lbs to loose before I will be where I was at when I went into the hospital and found out I had diabetes.
