I've been living a very sedentary lifestyle lately. i dont wanna blame school, 'cause I have my own shortcomings. How ever I'm going to try this exercise routine I discovered.
You're suppose to do the 4-minute work-out everyday, also try to do bicycles in the morning and in the evening for 1 minute.
I'm not sure about the results, but its worth a shot.
I miss running and swimming :< I wish I had some time on my hands.
