15 min. workout this morning and evening. so 45 min total burned 293 cals. did a total of 8 sets of squats with curl bars and 8 sets of jump ropes. 80 squats, 60+50 jumps. and ran up stairs 8 times
164.2 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
