Leptin Diet.

As my experiment in weight loss evolves, I am adding new information all the time. Thanks to my wife, I am now doing my low-carb diet a bit differently.

...Going to bed a bit earlier...

...Still working out...

The scale is moving better and faster, now, and I am beginning to feel the difference in my body and I am feeling less frustrated with my efforts.
